Bio

Mohammed obtained his bachelor's degree in Law back in 1999 and graduated from his Master's degree in civil law in 2013 from Jordan and is an active member of the Jordanian Bar Association since 2002. He speaks Arabic and English fluently.

Mohammed has gained great experience during these years, working as a senior associate in numerous law firms across UAE and Jordan. He is highly skilled in filing claims counterclaims and all kinds of lawsuits and following up with the actions and replying to the same in front of the UAE Courts.

Accordingly, Mohammed has developed his abilities to analyze and determine the meaning and applicability of the civil, commercial, and criminal law clauses to use the same in favor of the client. When an Expert is appointed in any case, Mohammed is the right person that the law firm trusts to attend the expert sessions and handle the communications and document submissions to the expert along with analyzing and replying to the expert reports.

Apart from litigation, Mohammed also has experience in drafting and reviewing the terms and conditions of FIDIC contracts, commercial and corporate agreements. Mohammed’s qualities can be described as a hardworking, flexible and responsible person, willing to be trained, explore and learn new things, and he is competitive and patient, has a strong motivation to excel, and is self-driven, well versed in written and oral communication.
